Description
Anhydrous zinc borate is prepared by removing crystal water from 2ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O at high temperature. Compared with other zinc borate, it has higher thermal stability and can be used at higher processing temperatures.
Physical and Chemical Properties
Items | Unit | Index |
Appearance | — | White Powder |

Key advantages
High decomposition temperature , Loss on Ignition is less than 1% at 400℃ , and it can be used in high temperature processing.
Application
It is used for polymer flame retardant systems with high processing temperature requirements such as high-temperature nylon, polyester, polyetherketone, polysulfone, and fluoropolymers whose processing temperature is higher than 290°C.
Packaging
Net weight 25kg/bag, Compound paper-plastic bag.
Storage and Attention
Keep in dry, room temperature and moisture proof condition, preventing the heating.
